Mysore Style & The Bhagavad Gita with Tim Feldmann

The Bhagavad Gita is a cornerstone in Yoga. It’s is power-packed with wisdom and helpful suggestion to live more joyful and fulfilling lives and deep insights into the yogic path. The Gita prompts us to asks profound questions and teaches us many quintessential lessons in how to deal with life’s big questions and dilemmas.

We will touch on archetypical keys, such as right VS wrong action, faith & devotion VS rational inquiry, selfish VS selfless living, and much more - all in the attempt to find inner fulfilment within and joy in the world. Together we will journey through select parts of this amazing text, grounding deep philosophical principles into our own experiences by including examples from our daily lives, fun stories and conversation.

Everyone is welcome, novice and advanced yogis alike.
Tim has been studying Yoga asana and philosophy for more than 3 decades with great Indian masters. He is always excited to share the seeds of authentic Yoga with anyone who is curios and inspired about these profound teachings.
