gARTening Series- Botanical Impressions: Hammered Flower Art Workshop
In this class you'll craft vibrant botanical masterpieces by delicately pounding and pressing petals into stunning, unique designs.
Welcome to the world of gARTening! In this program we focus on connecting with our residents and creating Garden + Art related activities. In this class we’re exploring a unique and creative way to incorporate nature into art with Hammer Flower Art! This technique, also known as flower pounding, offers a unique blend of botanical beauty and artistic expression. Participants can design on a canvas tote bag or bring their own material.
*BYOC- Bring Your Own Canvas ($10) (Ideas include: Socks, Tote Bag, t-shirt, etc.)
*Design on 13.5" x 13.5" x 3.5" Tote bag ($15)
Notice: ** Participants with physical limitations may remain in classroom and garden material will be brought to them. Also, This class is very noisy. For those sensitive to sound bringing noise canceling headphones is recommended. After class demonstration participants may choose to work outside if classroom noise is an issue.**
Kids 12 and under are welcomed and encouraged to join! Please include them in your registration count. Pre-Registration is required along with the non-refundable class fee.
Payment policy: Advanced registration is required along with the non-refundable class fee. Due to materials supplied, walk-ins may not be accommodated.
Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If class is cancelled you will receive a notification, and a refund confirmation to the e-mail that is provided during the registration process. Refunds for class cancellations may take up to 30 days to process if registration fee is paid by cash or check.
