Do you ever feel like you’re living too much in your head? Whether it’s self-judgment, overthinking, or just a busy life, it’s easy to lose touch with our natural spontaneity. This 4-Sunday series is a dedicated space to put down the 'shoulds' and pick up the 'play.' Based on the transformative Spolin Theater Games, we focus on presence, focus, and the joy of discovery."

This isn't about performance, comedy, or getting it 'right.' It’s about showing up and participating fully. In each 2.5-hour session, we will:<ul><li>Play Together: Engage in structured theater games designed to bypass the analytical mind.</li><li>Practice Presence: Learn to focus on the 'now', seeing the space and interacting with your fellow players. </li><li>Build Connection: Experience the ease and spontaneity that comes from collaborative play.</li><li> Let Go: Co-create a safe environment where risks are welcomed, where players support each other.</li></ul>

To ensure everyone has plenty of 'play time,' this series is strictly limited to 8–12 participants.Dates: April 26, May 3, May 17, May 24 (Sundays)NB:No session May 10 – Mother’s Day Time: 3:00 PM – 5:30 PMInvestment: $100 for the full 4-session seriesNo experience is necessary—just a curious mind and a willingness to play.
