At Trilith Guesthouse, memorable evenings are built around gathering, storytelling, and a thoughtfully prepared meal. Join us for a special Liberty & Legacy dinner celebrating 250 years of American service through food, wine, and shared tradition. Presented in partnership with Sub-Zero Group, the evening also supports Hire Heroes USA, a national nonprofit that helps veterans and military spouses transition into meaningful civilian careers.

Executive Chef Jay Swift will lead the experience alongside Sub-Zero corporate chefs, presenting a multi-course tasting menu inspired by iconic moments from the American table. The menu reflects the same values of discipline, teamwork, and dedication shared by both the military and professional kitchens.

Prepared just steps from your seat, each course will unfold throughout the evening as guests enjoy a culinary journey that moves from coastal traditions and ballpark classics to refined American favorites and nostalgic desserts.

Parting Gift

Each guest will receive a Kai Personal Folding Steak Knife to take home.
