Join us as we launch our new workbook for survivors, by survivors.

This collaborative collection is the culmination of the Sexual Violence Resource Center’s Healing Through Writing program, where survivors came together to explore journaling, poetry, and storytelling as tools for healing.

Within these pages are reflections, letters, affirmations, and personal narratives written by women reclaiming their voices and honoring their journeys. Each piece offers a glimpse into the courage it takes to name one's truth and the power that emerges when stories are shared in a supportive community.

This collection is both a testament to resilience and an invitation for readers to witness the transformative power of writing as a pathway toward healing.
