Interested vendors must view the below checklist and dowload and submit the required documents to LCFA for review and acceptance to ivywrye@gmail.com or mail to Ivy Wrye at PO Box 1692, Capitan NM 88316.

All Vendors must complete the following by June 15 (unless other arrangements have been made):

• Purchase a "Smokey Bear Stampede Reservation" Pass"
• Sign and submit LCFA Waiver
• Proof of $1,000,000 Liability Insurance with Lincoln County Fair Association named as additional insured for the entire event, including the day before and the day after.
• Read and aware of NM Gross Receipts Tax Rules and Regulations and will comply with NM Taxation and Revenue requests.

Food Vendors must submit the following additional documents:

• Copy of Full Menu Offering
• Read and be aware of all NM Environment Department Temporary Food Establishment Rules and Regulations and Will Display Temporary Food Permit upon setup.
• Read and be aware of all NM LP Gas Rules and Regulations and will comply with LP Gas inspection. Food vendors will not have any un-certified equipment or LP Gas bottles on Lincoln County Fairground after 5pm the evening before the event starts. LP inspection will be scheduled within 24 hours of the start of the event and vendors will be notified of time.

Additional Information:

Vendors from previous year will be given first invitation. We then typically accept vendors on a first contact basis. However we reserve the right to negotiate offering of menu items and wares to diversify offering and help make our event successful for each vendor. We have a number of long-term vendors who have been successful for 10 to 20 years and we strive to make it successful for all. Questions should be directed to Ivy Wrye at ivywrye@gmail.com.
