Join us for an exceptional culinary evening at Quattro Restaurant as we welcome Quintessa Winery for our June Wine Dinner. This intimate experience begins with a refined reception featuring a trio of handcrafted canapés: a 24‑month aged Parmesan waffle paired with Tuscan tomato salad, a refreshing cold coconut–cucumber soup finished with confit garlic oil, and a vibrant yuzu‑swordfish crudo atop baby gem with sweet corn purée.
Guests will then enjoy a beautifully curated multi‑course dinner designed to complement the evening’s featured pairings. The first course showcases butter‑poached white asparagus served with saffron beurre blanc, premium caviar, and crispy leek. The second course presents West Coast lobster accompanied by a rich tomato bisque, black garlic emulsion, and Thai basil. The third course features slow‑braised beef cheeks finished with onion agrodolce, five‑spice carrot purée, straw potatoes, and mustard jus.
