Is lodging included in the registration price?

No, hotel costs are booked separately from registration. Component Control has negotiated a discounted group rate at the Summit hotel and you can book reservations with the link provided on our website or by calling the hotel directly and mentioning the Summit. Please note this is first come basis.

What is included in my registration purchase?

All scheduled events and noted meals are included with your event registration.

Are there registration restrictions?

Registration for the 2026 East Coast Quantum Summit is limited to qualified professionals. Representatives of companies with products or services that compete with Component Control or Quantum products and services are prohibited from attending. All registrations are subject to approval by CCI.

Once you register, no edits can be made.

What is the cancelation or refund policy?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but all sales are final. Sending a substitute is strongly suggested if unable to attend. Tickets are transferable for a small $5 fee.

There is an opportunity to indicate special dietary restrictions or allergies during the registration process. Most food options are: carnivorous, vegetarian, and gluten-free.
