This immersive experience begins with a 20-30minute workshop where you will learn simple yet powerful techniques to cleanse your energetic field and activate your healing hands. You’ll be guided on how to move stagnant energy and intuitively place your hands on the body to support balance and restoration.

We will then transition into a 60-minute sound bath and guided meditation, designed to take you deeper into a state of relaxation and receptivity. Through sound, intention, and inner connection, you will be gently guided to awaken the healer within—aligning your energy, expanding your awareness, and anchoring into your natural state of wholeness.

This experience is open to all—no prior experience needed. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to receive.
