Overview

A Medicinal Movement Art

A restorative practice infused with Chinese Medicine cosmology that orients around the current seasonal cycle and corresponding energy meridian systems. Each session is intuitively imbued with sensory elements to soothe the nervous system and root the spirit.

Yin is reflected in the quiet interior space where soul memory and wisdom reside. It is a return to our source — to the body, to the soul, to our instinctual ways of sensing and feeling. The practice nourishes the fascial network, a web of connective tissue that weaves throughout the body, interconnecting muscles, organs, and systems, reflecting the pathways of energy meridians and restoring the body’s natural rhythms of repair.

Receive the Qi medicine of Yin throughout this meditative journey into the depths of the body — a quiet descent into stillness to restore balance and return to a deep sense of well-being.
