Join us for FREE wellbeing sessions offering a calm and consistent space to connect, reset, and grow.Funded by The National Lottery we are able to host these much needed wellbeing sessions for FREE at Ria's Scent Lab so that everyone can access support regardless of their personal circumstances. Who it’s for: anyone feeling low, anxious, overwhelmed, isolated, neurodivergent, or in a tough season.What happens (3 hrs):<ul><li>Gentle taster practices: meditation, and wellbeing tools</li><li>Creative projects to help relax and inspire you.</li><li>Explore natural remedies to support you</li><li>Optional nature walks</li><li>Snacks and Refreshments</li><li>Signposting and supportive resources</li></ul>Why it helps: reduces loneliness, lifts mood, builds coping skills—so people stay well and away from crisis.Access: Inclusive, free, come as often as you like. Small groups (up to 8).
