Come join our outdoor family-friendly yoga class! While our class is geared towards adults, your kids are absolutely welcome to come flow (for free!) or play nearby.
We'll begin the class with gentle stretching and vinyasa flow (40 minutes), move to a meditation (10 minutes), and end the class with community connection (10 minutes), for a total of an hour.
The class is a suggested donation of $10 payable via Venmo @palmettobayyoga. We look forward to flowing together under the palms!
