Overview

Discover how to transform your home landscape with native plant expert Shawn Jalbert

Discover how to transform your home landscape into a vibrant, resilient, and ecologically valuable habitat using native plants. Led by native plant expert Shawn Jalbert and set within the inspiring grounds of Bedrock Gardens, this workshop blends practical design guidance with ecological insight to help you create a yard that is both beautiful and beneficial to wildlife of all types. We will explore the gardens to see native plants up close, learn how to translate those ideas into your own yards, and leave with the confidence to begin or continue on your own native plant journey. You will leave with the inspiration, practical tools, and a fresh way of seeing your landscape.

He has researched and presented detailed ecological assessments and action plans for native plant restoration projects on the Marginal Way in Ogunquit and Rogers Park in Kennebunk, ME.
