In the Mix: Cocktail Masterclass

The juiciest happy hour date this month is our In The Mix cocktail series with The Botanist Gin. Join us at Seitz Park near RH for aperitifs alfresco with an ocean view from 3PM-5PM. The vibe: Classroom-meets-cocktails. The lesson: Summer’s coolest drinks.

The Botanist is distilled on the Scottish island of Islay with 22 inventive ingredients, among them lemon balm, red clover and mugwort, as well as nine classic aromatics, to produce an artisanal, small-batch spirit.
