Post-Earth Day (which is every day in reality) connection with the Earth and reminder of our true nature as human beings.

<p>Explore presence, ground, and grow with a tea ceremony centered around gentle somatic work, affirmation, meditation, and breathwork. We will cycle through a few tea blends designed to be felt in the body and ground one to the Earth. Let yourself be nurtured and held by the Great Mother.</p>
