Join myself, Erin Scherer of Lifted Spiritss and the community for a heart-centered, nature-based healing experience at Evergreen Park on September 27th!

My heart has been hearing the call, and it is one I can't set aside.. thus, the creation of Rooted Hearts & Open Hands: Where Nature Heals is HERE!

This 4-hour event brings together breathwork and guided meditation, gentle yoga, sound healing out in nature, and a curated indoor space of local and hand selected healers offering their unique services including energy work, reiki, akashic readings, tarot readings, massage, plant medicine offerings and more!

Free entry for everyone to the beautiful Evergreen Park to explore the space, trails, lake, and playgrounds!

General admission ($5) to explore the healers building offering unique services, or a join an immersive experience ($60) including 2.5 hours of guided sessions out on the deck in the fresh air! (Limited to 12 attendees!)

Lifted Spiritss Session Ticket Holders will be alloted 45 minutes between the 3 sessions to meet the healers and sign up for services.

Sessions led by certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Guide, Empowering Life Coach, 200hr Yoga Teacher, Sound Practitioner and Guided Meditation Facilitator Erin Scherer of Lifted Spiritss.

Come as you are. Meet the healers. Connect with nature on your own time, in your own way. Leave reconnected with your heart and home.
