After an incredible turnout at our last event, we’re bringing the series back with a fresh spring-inspired tasting night celebrating bright flavors, citrus accents, and floral notes that capture the season perfectly here in Southwest Florida.

Join us inside The Den at Swamp Cat Brewing Co. for an intimate evening of seasonal pairings featuring artisan boards, curated desserts, and thoughtfully matched beer and wine selections.

🧀 Grazing Haus will craft a spring-inspired charcuterie board highlighting fresh cheeses, citrus elements, and floral flavors designed to pair beautifully with the evening’s beverages.

🍰 Sweet Reel Desserts adds a sweet finish with four seasonal desserts inspired by spring — light, bright, and perfectly balanced.

🍺 Swamp Cat Brewing Co. completes the experience with guided beer pairings chosen to complement each bite.

🍷 Guests can also choose a wine pairing experience, or enjoy both wine and beer pairings for the full tasting journey.
