Absolutely! All ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during class.

In case of rain, the class location may be moved. Be sure to register so we can notify you of any location changes.

Bring your mat (encouraged), a water bottle, and an open heart. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
