Coloring Craze: Bolster Your Health Through Art
Enjoy a relaxing activity in the company of others that allows your imagination to flow. Think mindfulness, meditation and wellness.
Lose yourself, slow down your heart rate, and focus on the present moment. The repetitive motion of coloring is known to reduce stress and anxiety as well as improve hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
We'll provide a range of coloring pages including Jewish mandalas and patterns as well as a variety of other motifs along with pencils in a range of colors.
Discover the Jewish Community Library pushcart
Nourish your curiosity and get a taste for thousands of books, movies and music covering a vast range of Jewish subjects: novels, histories, mysticism, cookbooks, children’s literature, and so much more.
Pushcart materials are available to everyone; JCCSF membership is not required for checking out items.
