Just bring yourself! All materials, including your flower activity and reflection resources, will be provided.

Come comfortable and as you are. This is a relaxed, supportive space...think cozy, casual, or whatever helps you feel at ease.

Do I need any prior therapy experience to attend?

Not at all.  This is a psychoeducational and reflective workshop, not a substitute for individual therapy services. It is a workshop designed to be accessible, whether you’re new to therapy concepts or already doing personal growth work.

Will there be food provided?

Yes! Light bites and refreshments will be provided during the workshop.

What is your refund policy?

Due to limited seating, all ticket sales are final. However, you may transfer your ticket to another guest if you’re unable to attend.
