Each month, Chef Ranjan Dey — owner of San Francisco’s beloved New Delhi Restaurant — and Dr. Nandita Dinesh invite you to gather around their table for a dining experience that transcends the plate. This month, we're exploring Asian holidays with a side of luck! What happens when Chinese New Year and Holi bump into each other?

Each intimate gathering brings to life a story and recipe from Ranjan’s forthcoming memoir, Freakin’ DEYlicious — paired with the cultural celebrations and milestones of the month. Over two immersive hours, expect an evening of flavors, stories, and heartfelt exchange.

What to Expect

A Thoughtfully Curated Meal
Enjoy a three-course menu centered around one signature dish from Freakin’ Deylicious, crafted to honor the cultural theme of the evening. This month we are featuring Benarasi Mattar Ghugni.

Stories & Conversations That Nourish
Dr. Dinesh will guide an open-table dialogue inspired by April's featured story, while Chef Dey shares the personal and cultural roots behind each recipe.

Validated valet parking is available next door at Hotel Nikko — exclusively for New Delhi Restaurant guests.
