Step onto your mat and embrace the awakening energy of late spring in this rejuvenating yoga class with Artemis Yoga.

As May comes into full bloom, let the tranquility of Mount Auburn inspire your practice. You are invited to move with intention, breathe with purpose, and awaken your inner vitality through the grace of yoga. In this uplifting class, you will explore both dynamic and restorative postures, finding balance between effort and ease. All levels are welcome and the class can be adapted based on participants.
