When do doors open?

Please arrive promptly at your ticketed time.  First entry: 6:45 PM and we will flow in guests into the experience on a first come first served basis.

How long is the show?

This is an open ended exploration after you complete your intake experience, you can conclude your journey at any time. Expect your experience lasting at least 1 1/2 to 3 hours.

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Accepted Answer

This experience takes place across two levels accessed by a flights of stairs and requires standing for approximately 60+ minutes. Due to the historic nature of the building, no elevator or lift is available in guest areas and full accessibility modifications are not readily achievable.

Is there any lighting or atmospheric conditions?

This experience has strobe lighting, fog, flashing lights, and dimly lit rooms. Those with sensitive to flashing lights should refrain from attending.

Participant Conduct & Removal

Respectful conduct is mandatory.  The Event is interactive; disruptive, harassing, unsafe, or unlawful behavior toward performers, staff, bystanders, or other guests is prohibited.  Organizers reserve the unrestricted right to refuse entry to, or remove, any person whose conduct violates these stand

Will Photo or Video be taking place?

Accepted Answer

A professional photographer may be present at the Event to document the experience. While the focus will be on performers and the environment, guests may appear incidentally in photos or video captured during the Event. These images may be used for archival or limited promotional purposes.

Question 7

Can I use my phone?

Accepted Answer

Best to party like its 1988 and put the phone away most of the time. Characters or staff will let you know if its good to take a photo. Recording of the performances is prohibited.
