Please enter the building through our main entrance.  Our Legacy Ballroom is easily accessible from our main doors.

Is there elevator access?

Yes, there is elevator access in our main lobby to the Legacy Ballroom.

Will their be highchairs or booster seats available?

Accepted Answer

High chairs and booster seats are available on a first come first serve basis. Due to our limited availability and the large number of children attending we are unable to guarantee all guests access to them.  Please plan accordingly if your child requires a high chair or booster seat for dining.

Will the bar be open?

Yes, a full bar is available throughout the event. Guests may purchase beverages using cash or a credit card. The coffee and juice station will be available complimentary.

How long is our seating for?

All reservations allow for up to 1 ½ hours for seating (regardless of party size).  We kindly ask that you arrive and depart as scheduled to assist us with staying on time to accommodate all guest reservations.

What if we are running late for our reservation?

If you are running late and will not be able to arrive for your scheduled reservation, please contact our Guest Services desk at 603-362-8700 to inform them of your anticipated arrival time.  We will do our best to accommodate you.  Please note, late arrival my result in delayed seating or reduced s

May I cancel my reservation?

Mother's Day Brunch event is a prepaid non-refundable event.  Your reservation and seating may be transferred to another party however, please contact us at 603-362-8700 to notify us of a change in reservation name.

What if I need to add on additional guests?

Once the event has sold out, availability to add on guests will depend on your current group size and table assignment.  Please contact us at 603-362-8700 to inquire about increasing your guest count.
