Hello! I'm Allie, author of the bestselling running self helpy type book 31Days.
I would love you to join me at this workshop. It's a super exciting in-person event where we focus on real, hands-on progress and really get to grips with what 'doing the work' means.
Capped at 25 people, these workshops are designed to make real change - and they do. Sharing time, space and stories with like minded people will help you gain some incredible insight into how our brains work and how we can respond better to them. We are here to facilitate that in a safe non judgemental space.
Together we will go through what 'doing the work' means and looks like, helping you to make the best out of the book and the lessons within it. There will be group and individual sessions plus time for one to one chats with myself and Kirsty Reade - a long time friend, collaborater and incredible ultrarunner in her own right. You can literally ask us anything.
The day runs from 9.30 to 4pm and includes all day refreshments and an incredible lunch (we cater for all diets) plus afternoon snacks and a pretty ace goodie bag.
