Mezze Platter

Create a colorful, flavor-packed mezze spread with hands-on practice and bold wine pairings.

In this group cooking class we will divide and conquer to create a Mediterranean spread. Each table will work on a separate part of the meal, then we will share what we have learned while dining as a group. Wine included!

Is this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients.
