Join Chief Connor with the Indialantic Police Department, and other law enforcement leaders for an interactive roundtable focused on improving training effectiveness and reducing officer injuries across Florida.

This NO COST session has been designed to bring together command staff and training professionals to explore injury trends, risk reduction strategies, and modern approaches to training design.

The session will feature a guest presentation by internationally recognized police training and development expert Jeff Johnsgaard and will provide practical insights on applying the science of learning to create training that truly transfers to real-world performance.

  • Creating adaptable officers through representative and context-driven training design
