The event is hosted by Prodigy Fitness and Tsur Restoration Wellness, two local organizations dedicated to empowering women through fitness, health education, and community connection.

Do I need to register in advance?

Pre-registration is encouraged to help us plan for attendance, but limited walk-ins are certainly welcome!  Registration is not required, and admission is free.

Is there a cost to attend?

Admission is free. Optional raffle tickets will be available for vendor-donated items and services to help support this event and future community wellness events.

How long does the event last?

The expo will take place from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM in an open-house format, allowing guests to explore vendors and connect with the community at their own pace. Educational sessions will begin at 11:00 AM.

Can I become a vendor?

Yes! We welcome wellness-aligned businesses that support women's health. Please contact us at admin@tsurrestoration.com for vendor information.

Yes. Parking is available at the gym / nearby lots.

Bring comfortable clothes, curiosity, and a friend! Many vendor stations will offer educational materials and resources applicable to a. Comfortable clothing is encouraged, as one of the educational sessions will include a light mobility and strength session suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

What can I expect at the event?

Attendees can explore wellness vendors, try health tools or services, enjoy food from vendors on site, and connect with local health professionals.  There will be two educational sessions starting at 11AM.
