Do I need to sign a wavier?

Yes. All participants must sign a waiver before the event begins. This experience includes the use of heat press equipment, tools, and optional alcohol consumption. By attending, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks and agree that Customsbydonyelle is not liable for any injuries, accident

Yes. Photos and video will be captured throughout portions of the event, including demonstrations, guest interactions, and the creative process. By attending, you grant Customsbydonyelle permission to use this content for marketing and social media purposes.

What is the arrival time policy

Please plan to arrive on time. This is a guided, time-based experience that will begin promptly and end within the scheduled two-hour timeframe. Late arrivals will need to catch up independently, as the workshop will continue as scheduled and cannot be extended.
