Rise &amp; Thrive: National Teen-Led Mental Health Summit Coming to Schaumburg This JulyEvent brings teens, families, and mental health professionals together to explore healing, resilience, and hope.SCHAUMBURG, IL — July 13, 2026 — A powerful new event focused on youth mental health and resilience is coming to the Chicago suburbs this summer. Rise &amp; Thrive: A National Teen-Led Mental Health Summit will take place at the Al Larson Cultural Center (formally Prairie Center for the Arts), bringing together teens, families, educators, and mental health professionals for a day of connection, education, and healing. The summit will also be streamed globally.Designed to amplify youth voices and provide practical tools for navigating adversity, the summit features inspiring speakers, interactive panels, and healing experiences that explore how young people can move forward after trauma and thrive.The event will be led by national speaker and teen survivor advocate Angela Rose, whose work on healing, healthy relationships, and resilience has been featured on major national media outlets including Today, Good Morning America, and The Real Housewives of Potomac.“This summit is about giving young people hope and real tools to navigate difficult experiences,” said Angela Rose. "We truly believe this work can save lives."
