ABOUT THE EVENT

We'll be watching a paranormal horror film as we do paradoxically cozy crafty things! You can bring your own craft (crochet and knitting are fan favorites), and we'll have a themed drink to sip on.

This event is 21+.

NOTE: We were originally set to watch this film in December but had to cancel due to staff illness — we're so excited to finally get to watch it with y'all!

ABOUT THE FILM

After marrying the charming and seductive Sir Thomas Sharpe, young Edith (Mia Wasikowska) finds herself swept away to his remote gothic mansion in the English hills. Also living there is Lady Lucille, Thomas' alluring sister and protector of her family's dark secrets. Able to communicate with the dead, Edith tries to decipher the mystery behind the ghostly visions that haunt her new home. As she comes closer to the truth, Edith may learn that true monsters are made of flesh and blood.

• Side Quest Books & Games is located on the balcony of Bow Market in Somerville's Union Square. There is an elevator available in the Bow Market lobby, which is to the right of Pop's Pinball Parlor.
• Outside food and drink are allowed.
