Sound Bath - Every Wednesday Nights

Join us every Wednesday evening for a incredible Relaxation Sound Bath with sacred gong, 432 hz quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and other healing instruments used to put the mind into deep meditation, rejuvenate, and relax.

We’re raising our vibes to allow the amazing powers of manifestation to flow through us. The instruments used help to:

• induce deep relaxation
• lower blood pressure
• unblock emotions
• relieve physical pain
• rejuvenate
• relieve stress, anxiety and insomnia
• and activate higher states of consciousness

Our special Wednesday night sound bath will feature Heathor Kulber, who is a senior teacher at the Yoga NoHo Center with years of experience not only in sound baths, but as yoga teacher, healer, muscian with the devotion to offer relaxation for people through sound healing.

We will provide props, and have some mats to use on a first come, first serve basis. We have a water filling station and a beautiful space for you to relax in. You can park at the yellow bin store for this event, which is located right to the north of us and there is always a lot of parking on Chandler Blvd one block north of us.

We encourage those who attend to be comfortable with blankets and pillows, and create a cozy environment to relax and let go. Come join us as we take you through a truly immersive journey. Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillows and anything else to create a comfortable laying down experience.
