Tasting Hour
For the 1st hour, ticket holders will be able to wander around, talk with local bartenders, and taste a sample of the offering to the Judges.

Round 1 - Battle Royale
Round 1 begins as the Mixologists take their Cocktail to the Judges. The top 5 scores will move on to Round 2

Round 2 - Battle Royale
Round 2 the Contestants will play Mixology games to determine the Spirit, Mixer and Glassware that must be used in the Cocktail. They will have 5 minutes to plan, 5 minutes to shop in our vast pantry of goodies and 20 minutes to prepare their offering to the Judges. Top 3 scores will move on into Round 3.
