Little Wedding Meet up at Paintworks with Industry Speakers
We're joined by Instagram Specialist Lou from "Spark Social" and copy & content writer "Written by Helen" for this month's second meet up.
We are excited to be hosting this months meet up at the Paintworks, a city vibe wedding venue in our hometown, Bristol. We are always asking attendees to let us know if there was anything they wanted to learn to help their businesses thrive.
And so this month, we have heard your struggles and we are delivering on our promise to host meet ups that support your business journey. Social media and marketing is always a big topic!
We are so excited to announce that we now have two speakers.
Last years talk at The Forge from Lou was one of our most well attended and we are so excited to have her back to keep us up to date on instagram.
Lou from Spark Social will be our first speaker of the day.
Lou will be talking through the changes in instagram and what that means for your business.
Lou is an instagram specialist, she helps businesses become more visable and discoverable on instagram.
She offers training in group workshops and in 1:1 coaching sessions. I offer my coaching services in person throughout Bristol/ Bath/ Somerset and in online training sessions over Zoom so she can work with you wherever you are in the world.
She also has a course running at the end this month for Instagram SEO so check that out if you're needing some extra support before then.
NEW SPEAKER! Helen Dorritt from Written by Helen.
Some of you will have attended Helen's workshop on SEO in March, so you're in for treat as ahead of her May workshop she's delivering us a talk on "how to maximise the impact of your website for both humans and robots" she will touch user experience, accessibility and the importance of inclusive language.
Helen is a copy and content writer who helps businesses get more of the right customers through their websites. She specialises in working with wedding businesses as she used to be the editor of a local wedding magazine -- which is also where she met Kirsten who used to style the cover shoots.
As always there will be plenty of time to mingle and catch up.
This month we've also asked Kate's Kitchen to come back and spoil us with their delicious food for lunch. They've catered our christmas party for the last 2 years and we love their food, so you're in for a treat. Please make sure you fill in your dietary needs when ordering your ticket!
We cannot wait to see you all and learn together.
Kirsten (she/her) & Ruby (she/her)
