Experience the Art of Pasta Making

Join our hands-on masterclass led by our talented Executive Chef and resident pasta expert. You’ll learn the time-honoured techniques behind our signature filled pasta, starting with dough made entirely from scratch. Then, roll up your sleeves as we guide you through stretching, rolling, filling, and folding Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni, as well as handcrafting delicate Tagliatelle.

Sip on a complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival, then dive into the pasta-making process in a fun and interactive setting. To finish, we’ll sit down together to enjoy a delicious shared meal featuring the very pasta you’ve created.

Your Class Includes:

  • A glass of Prosecco on arrival.
  • Dough making from scratch.
  • Guided demonstration and hands-on creation of Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni and Tagliatelle.
  • A shared pasta meal to conclude the experience.

All ingredients are provided, and you’ll be given an Allegria-branded apron to wear during the class to keep your clothes protected.

Class Details:
Duration: 2 hours
Class Size: 3-8 participants

T&Cs: Classes are non-refundable but can be rescheduled for an alternate date. Classes require a minimum of 5 participants to proceed. If this requirement is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the class and offer an alternate date to those booked. We will do our best to accommodate booking requests to the fullest extent possible.
