Do I need cooking experience to attend?

No experience is necessary! This class is designed for all skill levels. Chef Michele will guide you step by step through each recipe so everyone can follow along and enjoy the process.

What will we be making during the class?

In this hands-on class we will prepare a classic marinara sauce from scratch, which we’ll then use to make Melanzane alla Parmigiana (Eggplant Parmesan)—a beloved Italian dish layered with eggplant, marinara, mozzarella, and Parmigiano Reggiano. To finish, we’ll prepare a refreshing watermelon sorbe

Will we eat the food we prepare?

Yes! At the end of the class everyone will sit down together and enjoy the dishes we have prepared.

Will I receive the recipes?

Yes. Guests will receive the recipes used during the class so you can recreate the dishes at home.

Will the class be hands-on?

Yes! Each Guests will actively participate in preparing his own dishes, learning techniques and tips along the way.
