Do I need to bring anything?

Nope! We’ll provide all the ingredients, tools, and aprons. Just bring your excitement (and maybe your appetite).

You’ll learn how to prepare fresh egg pasta dough and transform it into handmade ravioli with delicious fillings AND Basil Pesto sauce to accompany our wonderful ravioli

Will we learn fillings and sauces?

Yes! Chef Michele will guide you through at least one seasonal filling and a simple sauce to pair with your ravioli.

Do I need cooking experience?

Not at all. This class is beginner-friendly, and we’ll teach you step by step. Experienced cooks will also pick up traditional Italian techniques.

Do we get to eat the ravioli?

Absolutely! At the end, you’ll enjoy our ravioli creations together.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know when you reserve. This class uses wheat flour, eggs, and dairy, but we’ll do our best to adapt fillings where possible.

Can I take some home?

Yes! You will be taking home your creation!
