What does it mean that it is an Interactive Meeting Style Conference?

Accepted Answer

The Conference will be held via Zoom.  Cameras and mics will be open, allowing everyone to be heard and seen throughout the event. You have the option to keep your camera on or off as you prefer.

Will we be able to talk to the Facilitator?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you'll have the opportunity to interact directly with SWEET Facilitators and fellow attendees. You will also be able to engage in discussions, ask questions, and share your insights.

Question 3

Will there be other ways to interact with the other attendees?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  You'll get to enjoy 1:1 and small group interactions in breakout rooms, creating a personalized and engaging experience.

Question 4

What if I don't want to put my camera and mic on?

Accepted Answer

You can use the chat feature to communicate with others, share ideas, and connect throughout the conference.

Question 5

What if I cannot attend, will this be available by self-study?

Accepted Answer

If you have enrolled in the course and are not able to attend, you can choose to transfer to another course or be refunded.

Question 6

When will I get the Zoom link?

Accepted Answer

Once you enroll in the course, the Zoom link will be available by looking at the Online Event Page on Eventbrite.  You will also be emailed the Zoom Link and other materials for the Conference 30 minutes before the start of the Conference and then again 5 minutes before the start of the Conference.
