Then enjoy a multi-course menu featuring antipasto and the hero dish, as well as a curated wine pairing.About this Dish: Rich cheese, bronze-extruded pasta, and freshly-ground pepper — the ultimate comfort food, Pasta Cacio e Pepe is a simple Roman dish that depends on the quality of just a few ingredients.In this Class You Will:<ul><li>Learn about the traditions and culture of Roman pasta dishes</li></ul><ul><li>Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Cacio e Pepe </li></ul><ul><li>Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto and wine pairing, as well as Cacio e Pepe </li></ul><ul><li>Take home the menu and/or recipe(s) from the class</li></ul> Please Note:<ul><li>One ticket purchase is valid for one guest</li></ul><ul><li>This is a demonstration style class, there is no hands-on component</li></ul><ul><li>Seating is first-come, first-served</li></ul><ul><li>Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes</li></ul><ul><li>All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.</li></ul><ul><li>Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. 15 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult.</li></ul><ul><li>Please notify us in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.
