How do you prepare the cacao?

We use ceremonial-grade cacao from South America! We combine spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. The drink is made with plant-based milk—typically oat or coconut. We sweeten the cacao with Agave. Cups are provided! Your donation includes your serving of cacao.

What is a sound bath?

Accepted Answer

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in soothing sound waves produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, or drums. While lying down comfortably, you’ll hear and feel harmonic tones and vibrations designed to promote deep relaxation.

How will I find you at the park?

Accepted Answer

There is only one parking lot at Sycamore Park. After you park your car, walk past the basketball court and in the direction of the open field. You won't miss us!
