Each session focuses on a key element of the practice, such as breath control, vinyasa transitions, alignment, or energetic awareness within the framework of Ashtanga’s intelligent sequencing. The aim is to build a clear understanding of technique and method, offering students the tools to cultivate a sustainable and effective practice. Open to all levels, this class serves both beginners and experienced practitioners who wish to refine their foundation.

About Your Instructor:Charlotte Thompson is a dedicated yoga teacher with over 15 years of daily practice rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. She guides students through dynamic Vinyasa and Ashtanga-inspired flows, balanced with grounding Yin sessions, and integrates accessible drills for backbends, hip opening, and inversions.
