Is there handicapped parking?

Yes, there is limited handicapped parking in front. We will have free valet parking available (but please tip the valet).

What time do the doors open and what time does the program start?

Doors open at 8:30 AM, the program will start at 9:30 AM.

Question 3

Will there be refreshments provided?

Accepted Answer

We will have breakfast and lunch provided, as well as beverages throughout the symposium.

Question 4

Does every individual attending need to pre-register?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Every individual has to pre-register by name. We need to provide SCETV Security with the names of each person who will be entering the building several days in advance, and everyone must wear the name tags provided. If someone's name is not on the list, they will not be allowed to enter.

Will this event also be accessible online?

Accepted Answer

No, this event is in-person only. It will not be recorded to show later, or be shown simultaneously online.

Question 6

Will I need to bring my ticket?

Accepted Answer

No, we just need the names of each individual who is attending so we can submit to SCETV Security and create name tags.
