About this Class: It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, you'll dive right in to making pasta yourself from scratch. You and your partner will then then prepare the signature dish for you to taste in class. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home!About this Dish: Spaghetti alla Chittara is a unique pasta shape made from cutting an egg-based pasta dough with a wire-strung, wood-frame tool called a chittara, or guitar. Pair this fun pasta with a delicious lemon butter sauce topped with decadant caviar. In this class, you’ll make your own pasta dough from scratch.In this Class You Will:<ul><li>Learn about the traditions and culture of Spaghetti al Caviar</li></ul><ul><li>Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Spaghetti alla Chitarra</li></ul><ul><li>Make your own pasta from scratch</li></ul><ul><li>Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, Two glasses of wine, and Spaghetti al Caviar prepared by you and your partner</li></ul>Please Note:<ul><li>One ticket purchase is valid for one guest</li></ul><ul><li>Seating is first-come, first-served</li></ul><ul><li>Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes</li></ul><ul><li>All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.</li></ul><ul><li>Classes are also suitable for children 5+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. Under 15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.</li></ul><ul><li>Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. If we are not notified ahead of time of any special needs, we may not be able to accommodate them. For groups of up to 4 guests, a minimum of 4 days' notice (class day not included) is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon code for a future class or event at La Scuola. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather or otherwise. In the event of a class or event cancellation, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund or credit to transfer to a future class or event. While we are not able to offer credit, transfers or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control, you are always welcome to send someone in your place, as we understand that these things do happen.
