In honor of Poetry Month, we welcome Christine Potter poetry workshops! This workshop looks at the aubade—the morning poem.

In honor of Poetry Month, we welcome Christine Potter for two mini workshops! Okay, it’s evening, but spring is the morning of the year! This workshop looks at the aubade—the morning poem. Morning is an amazing time to write (your brain is all nice and clean from dreams and sleep), but writing about the morning in the evening can be just as good. We’ll look at aubades from Rumi, Billy Collins, and Mary Oliver, and you’ll go home with a new aubade all your own. Bring a notebook and pen OR a laptop $10, no advance registration. If you would like to request a fee waiver, just mention it when you come. No one will be turned away.
