About the book:

In her debut cookbook, content creator Erin O’Brien draws inspiration from three generations of women who taught her to create her own modern spin, with a stress-free approach to boldly flavored food. Erin has built a thriving community of over 1.5 million followers across platforms who turn to her for delicious, manageable, and creative meals, and are eagerly awaiting this book.

Dig In! is the ultimate collection of simple and delicious recipes that cater to every craving and occasion, from comfort food classics to weeknight dinners and family meals to share and savor. In the chapter called WTF to Make for Dinner, Erin solves the age-old dilemma with effortless recipes.

About the author:

Erin O’Brien is a Southern California–based creator who has garnered the attention of millions by sharing simple and delicious homestyle recipes. She originally fell in love with cooking because of time spent in the kitchen with her mom and grandma, who owned a Mexican restaurant in La Jolla. Erin has always seen food as the ultimate love language and something that should be accessible to everyone, which is what prompted her to share her recipes on social media. Her platforms have grown but her authenticity and intention has never wavered—showing that when you have easy recipes, a stress-free approach, good music, and a glass of wine, cooking becomes something that everyone will enjoy. Erin lives in Los Angeles, California, with her husband, Andrew, and their dogs. Find out more at her website and follow her on Instagram, TikTok, and Substack @erinnobrienn.
