In October 2025, we undertook a focused tour of Bordeaux’s stellar 2020 vintage, a lineup that showcased all the hallmarks of a classically great year—ripe, generous fruit supported by the structure and balance that signal true age‑worthiness.
We now turn to 2022, a vintage rapidly emerging as one of the most compelling of the modern era. Despite a season defined by intense heat and drought, the wines display remarkable balance, concentration, and lift, surprising both critics and producers with their poise and grace.
