Free! General parking is right outside the gate and throughout the municipal complex. Overflow parking will be routed to the school across the street. As always, if you have an opportunity to carpool or get dropped off, that's extremely super cool of you and allows for more attendee parking! :)

Do day-of tickets cost more?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Day-of tickets are $25 at the gate. Advance tickets help us plan better and you are rewarded for helping us out with a hefty discount!

Special Event Faire Packages

If you are celebrating anything (birthday, anniversary, recent unemployment, high bowling score, etc.) or just want to be treated like a VIP, reach out to kryssy @ lunarfaire.com to create a custom individual or group experience.

Question 4

What is the accessibility at this venue?

Accepted Answer

This is a flat fairgrounds with a mix of grass and paved pathways. Vendors are primarily on grass. Most mobility aids will be able to navigate the grounds. General parking is on grass and accessible parking is directly outside the main gate (ask parking attendant).

How should I dress?

The easy answer is: however you want! But people go ALL OUT! You can follow the theme, bust out an unrelated costume, wear light up gear, present in a style you've been wanting to try out, be in disguise, comfy pajamas, Met Gala gown, or just sweatpants and an old bad free t-shirt

Refunds?

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued or transfers honored for other events unless we cancel or reschedule.

Can I smoke or vape?

This is public property and the venue has asked us to make everyone aware that no smoking or vaping is permitted on the grounds. Thank you for being respectful of this. Save it for your cars!

Can I bring my furry friends?

Accepted Answer

Pets other than service animals are prohibited. Please, out of respect for the venue, non-pet people (some are very afraid), and our insurance policy, please leave your furry friends at home. You will be turned away if you have a non-service animal pet with you.

Is there a rain date?

This is an all weather event. The only reason we would cancel is if the weather is extremely severe or like the parking fields are snow covered but our blizzard wizard is on retainer to prevent this.

Can I not be photographed?

Accepted Answer

In the age of socials at a very aesthetic event, the cameras will be out. If you are sensitive to being snapped, kindly let the person know. If you see a post of ours that you are in, reach out and we'll take it down. This is not the best event for anonymity, however.

Should I bring anything specific?

A flashlight! Some parts of the faire are dark!
Everyone you know!
Comfy shoes - there's a lot to see!
Chair/blanket to rest your bones
A drum to drum on at the drum circle
A book for the magickal book exchange
Shopping bag, reusable cup, other waste reduction items
