Enjoy a picnic and a stroll through our beautiful, expansive Peony Garden at Picnic With the Peonies on Saturday and Sunday, May 16-17!

Check in at the <a href="https://allerton.illinois.edu/the-gardens-map/?location=meadow" title="https://allerton.illinois.edu/the-gardens-map/?location=meadow" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Meadow</a> for your reserved table (seats up to 8), which includes a charcuterie board from Baxter’s Catering to share and two bottles of wine (or champagne and orange juice!*). A bar will be available so you can sip as you savor the season at Allerton!Purchase additional items for your picnic at the <a href="https://allerton.illinois.edu/greenhouse-cafe/" title="https://allerton.illinois.edu/greenhouse-cafe/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Greenhouse Cafè</a>, or bring your own additions (no outside alcohol is permitted). And of course, be sure to leave time to check out the picturesque <a href="https://allerton.illinois.edu/the-gardens-map/?location=peonygarden" title="https://allerton.illinois.edu/the-gardens-map/?location=peonygarden" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Peony Garden</a>! (Must register separately.) The <a href="https://allerton.illinois.edu/the-gardens-map/?location=mansion" title="https://allerton.illinois.edu/the-gardens-map/?location=mansion" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mansion</a> will also be open to the public on both days for self-guided tours of the first floor.$100/table (seats up to 8). Registration opens on March 16. Registration will close May 5 or when capacity is reached.
