This workshop creates a space for moms to pause, reflect, and reconnect with who they are while navigating the realities of parenting.

Led by Tyra the Therapist, this interactive conversation will explore practical ways moms can stay emotionally grounded, maintain a sense of self, and build supportive connections while raising children.

Participants will leave with practical tools, new perspectives, and the reassurance that they are not alone in the challenges of motherhood.
