He wrote in his logbook that it was of vital importance that the Ramapo Pass remain in American possession. In this special lecture, Craig Long shares with us this critical piece of local Revolutionary War history.About the speaker: Born and raised in Suffern, with family roots in the community that date back to the 1700s, Craig Long is the Rockland County Historian and serves as the municipal historian for the villages of Suffern and Montebello, as well as for the Town of Ramapo. He is the author of several local history publications.
